Delivery Partner


All orders are shipped through Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.


Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.


Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Time


Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location within South Africa and courier operations.


Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays


While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:


- Courier operational delays

- High shipping volumes

- Severe weather conditions

- Public holidays

- Load shedding or infrastructure disruptions

- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer


Francia & Co cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once an order has been dispatched. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.


Francia & Co will not be responsible for failed deliveries, additional delivery charges, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.


Order Tracking


Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


We will work with Aramex to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
